laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
The existing federal government has become DESTRUCTIVE to the PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL, UNALIENABLE RIGHTS OF WE THE PEOPLE.
It has engaged in a multi-decade series of abuses, frauds, and scams, as well as the enactment of unlawful, illegal and harmful legislative acts against the American people.
WE THE PEOPLE NO LONGER CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED
IN SUCH A MANNER.
Due to the overwhelming level and unique nature of the corruption, treason and sedition that is infesting our existing federal government and our nation, WE THE PEOPLE STAND UNITED IN OUR CAMPAIGN FOR HUMAN FREEDOM, AND HENCEFORTH EXERT OUR RIGHT TO ALTER THE EXISTING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
SINCE 1913, OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS OPERATED AND IS STILL OPERATING ILLEGALLY, UNLAWFULLY, AND AGAINST THE INTERESTS OF WE THE PEOPLE. SINCE 1913, OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS ENGAGED AND IS CURRENTLY ENGAGING IN FRAUDULENT CONVERSIONS OF NATURAL HUMAN BEINGS INTO SECURITIZED DEBT INSTRUMENTS.
THIS IS A VIOLATION OF NATURAL AND COMMON LAW.
THIS MAKES ALL AMERICANS INDENTURED SERVANTS TO UNACCOUNTABLE CORPORATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.
THE EXISTING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NO LONGER HAS THE MORAL NOR LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ENACT NOR ENFORCE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTS, POLICIES NOR LAWS AGAINST PEACEFUL, LAW ABIDING AMERICANS.
AS SUCH, WE THE PEOPLE HEREBY REVOKE OUR CONSENT TO THIS FORM OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND IT'S INHERENT INTRUSION INTO OUR PRIVATE, PERSONAL AND INDIVIDUAL LIVES AND AFFAIRS.
Therefore, the following is
immediately in full force and effect:
01. Every naturally conceived and natural born American man, woman and child has the unalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and property from conception forward.
02. Every natural born American man, woman and child is totally and completely FREE from any and all form of collateralization and/or securitization of his or her person, as well as his or her labor, property or assets by any and all federal, state and local governments.
03. Every natural born American man, woman and child is totally and completely FREE from any and all liability for the debt and/or other financial obligation of any and all federal, state, or local government service corporation(s), agency(ies) or foreign corporation(s).
04. Every natural born American man, woman or child is totally and completely FREE from any and all liability for any financial obligation of any privately owned corporation(s) except in cases such as a home mortgage, automobile lease or loan or other loan which is or was directly entered into and agreed to by the individual(s) who signed the agreement or contract.
05. Every natural born American man, woman or child is totally and completely FREE from any and all liability for the debt or other financial obligation of any federal, state or local funded public employee pension(s) or federally mandated health benefit plan(s).
06. Every natural born American man, woman or child is totally and completely FREE from any and all liability for the debt or other financial obligation of any public or private financial entity, institution, corporation nor their products including but not limited to mortgage backed securities, credit default swaps, credit default obligations or derivatives except in cases such as a finanical product which was directly entered into and agreed to by the individual(s) who signed the agreement.
07. It is permanently forbidden for the United Nations to station or in any manner conduct operations of any military or police force personnel against any natural born American citizen on any American soil, property or protectorate.
08. The corporate charter and operations of the Federal Reserve, the Internal Revenue Service, the Too Big To Fail Banks (J.P. Morgan, Citibank, Citigroup, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, State Street, Bank of NY Mellon, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs), the United Nations, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and any and all George Soros corporations or organizations involved in subversive political or illegal immigration activity will be wound down and all of these entities will be dissolved and permanently abolished from conducting any and all activities or operations in the united States of America, against her citizens, nor any of the united States of America's territories nor her protectorates.
09. It is illegal for any federal, state or local government official or employee - including the NSA and CIA - to conduct surveillance of any kind on any peaceful, law-abiding natural-born American man, woman or child. The NSA and CIA are ONLY legally permitted to conduct surveillance or gather intelligence on FOREIGN individuals, organizations or corporations ONLY or ONLY IN CASES where concrete evidence shows he, she or it is engaged in criminal, unlawful or treasonous activity(ies).
10. It is illegal for any "dual-national", "illegal alien" or foreign born citizen or individual to run for any federal, state, or local elected office or position.
11. It is illegal for any "dual-national", "illegal alien" or foreign born citizen or individual to be elected or appointed to any federal, state, or local elected office or position.
12. It is illegal for any "dual-national", "illegal alien" or foreign born citizen or individual to serve in any way, shape or form in any federal, state, or local elected office or position.
13. It is illegal for the federal government of the united States of America to borrow money at interest from any private financial institution. It is illegal for the federal, state or local governments of the united States of America to lend or give American taxpayer money to any foreign individuals, organizations or nation(s) with the exception of natural disaster relief such as but not limited to drought, flood, tsunami, hurricane, tornado or earthquake.
14. It is illegal and treasonous for any federal, state or local official of the united States of America to propose amendments, laws or legislation which decrease or diminish our guarantees to Freedom and Liberty enshrined in our Consitution. The penalty for violation of this is 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
15. It is illegal and treasonous for any federal, state or local official of the united States of America to propose amendments, laws or legislation which subject any natural born American man, woman or child to ANY form of financial harm or theft of his or her assets - unless the individual has committed a felony or act of treason against our nation. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
16. It is illegal and treasonous for any federal, state or local official of the united States of America to propose amendments, laws or legislation or conduct activities which subject our national currency to devaluation relative to the value per ounce of gold and silver. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
17. It is illegal and treasonous for any private individual or corporation to engage in or conduct activities which subject our national currency to a decrease in value relative to the value per ounce of gold and silver. This type of action will be considered an ACT OF WAR against our nation. The penalty for this violation is death and forfeiture of any and all assets as well as forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
18. It is illegal and treasonous for any federal, state or local official, government services corporation or other entity to engage in asset forfeiture nor seize any individual's assets unless the circumstances of an individual's or entity's criminal activity is beyond reasonable doubt. If circumstances merit, he, she or it is to be provided due process of law and then given a fair trial - and ONLY if he, she or it is convicted of a criminal felony.
19. It is illegal for any federal, state or local official or government services corporation to tax the private labor, property and/or assets of any private individual or corporation. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is 10 years in prison for the elected officials attempting to enact such a policy and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
20. It is illegal for any federal, state or local elected official, their staff members, or government services corporation to engage in stock transactions or insider trading of any kind in any way, shape or form while in elected office, to be involved in any legislation pertaining to or which could influence the value of a stock he or she owns plus a 5 year period prior to becoming an elected official and a 5 year period after the official has left an elected office for any reason whatsoever.
21. It is illegal and treasonous for any federal, state or local official or government services corporation to use or program any and all computer systems, artificial intelligence, robots and/or robotics to cause psychological, physical, emotional or financial harm in any way, shape or form to any peaceful, law abiding natural born American man, woman or child. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is death and forfeiture of any and all assets as well as forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
22. It is illegal through the use of force, coercion or any other means to limit in any way the financial independence and freedom of any natural born American man, woman and child. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is immediate removal from office of the elected, unelected or appointed official(s) attempting to enact such a proposal and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
23. All legal tender laws are hereby permanently repealed and abolished.
24. All pieces of federal, state and local legislation must be sent to WE THE PEOPLE and voted on BY THE PEOPLE - and then sent back to the Congress for ratification and passage into law.
25. All Americans eligible to vote MUST SHOW PROPER PHOTO ID in order to be eligible to cast a vote. ONLY ELIGIBLE AMERICANS ARE PERMITTED TO VOTE IN A NATIONAL, STATE OR LOCAL ELECTION. No aliens, dual nationals nor foreign nationals are permitted to vote in any federal, state or local election. All federal, state and local elections must be conducted by PAPER BALLOT and ALL VOTES COUNTED BY HAND. All electronic voting systems MUST provide a paper ballot receipt upon completion of vote by each voter and then counted as a check against the electronic ballots. The penalty for violation is 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any federal, state or local pension.
26. It is illegal for the federal government to interfere with or become involved with the health or healthcare decisions of any natural born American man, woman and child in any way, shape or form - unless the individual or parent freely gives his or her own consent. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is immediate removal from office of the elected, unelected or appointed official(s) attempting to enact such a proposal, ten years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
27. It is illegal for the federal government to interfere with or become involved with the education or education decisions of any natural born American man, woman and child in any way, shape or form - unless the individual or parent freely gives his or her own consent. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is immediate removal from office of the elected, unelected or appointed official(s) attempting to enact such a proposal, ten years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
28. It is illegal for any Socialist, Marxist or Communist individuals, organizations or political party or parties and/or their affiliates to conduct operations of any type in any way, shape or form on any united States of America territory, American soil, property or protectorate. Any and all Socialist, Marxist or Communist individuals, organizations or political party or parties and/or their affiliates will be given 30 days to renounce their affiliation with these types of organizations and terminate their activities. If said individuals or organizations choose to not cease these types of activities, they will lose their citizenship, face immediate removal from our nation, or face 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
29. It is illegal for any federal, state or local official or government services corporation to extend any liability in any way, shape or form for any federal, state or local financial obligations or debt to any natural born American child. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is immediate removal from office of the elected, unelected or appointed official(s) attempting to enact such a proposal, 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
30. The operating budget of the federal government of the united States of America cannot exceed the revenue collected through tariffs, users fees and excise taxes. The penalty for violation of the aforementioned is immediate removal from office of the elected, unelected or appointed official(s) attempting to enact such a proposal, 10 years in prison and forfeiture of any and all federal, state or local pension.
